The Doves have returned with the release of Kingdom of Rust.
What we have this time round is a very atmospheric, haunting and has sprinkles of 80’s funk in Compulsion, driving beats in Winter Hill with dabs of sounds echoing comfortably in your ears. The first song Jetstream was inspired by the soundtrack of Blade Runner so except a spectrum of panoramic and cinematic array of music that builds-up in electronic proportions.
